The Urgency of Now is an educational and social awareness event in conjunction with NAACP to educate students on crises affecting the African American community. The program also seeks to prevent crises and radical situations from happening on campus. The latest event engaged University of Georgia of students in a discussion regardings the crisis in Charlottesville, North Carolina.
